As part of the Italian Fashion Days in the World, promoted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, the Consulate General of Italy in Geneva, the Italian Chamber of Commerce for Switzerland (CCIS), and the Italian Women’s Group Switzerland (IWG Switzerland) presented the new edition of Italian Creativity on the Runway, which took place on Friday, 5 December at the Maserati CAR AVENUE Geneva atelier, a long-time partner of the initiative.

The event, which is now a well-established fixture on Geneva’s international cultural scene, celebrates Italian creativity through an evening dedicated to fashion, design, innovation, education, inclusion, and social commitment.

The 2025 edition featured a curated selection of brands from many Italian regions, alongside Swiss brands with production in Italy, highlighting the central role of Made in Italy products in the economic and cultural relations between the two countries.

Thanks to the support of “Italia è Moda” – the Foreign Ministry’s program dedicated to the international promotion of Italian fashion – the evening was enriched with institutional short films dedicated to the history and evolution of the fashion industry, immersive virtual reality installations, editorial materials, and visual content dedicated to the new prospects of Made in Italy.

The Accademia del Lusso also participated in the event, showcasing two collections created by its students. In the same educational perspective, students from the Institut International de Lancy (IIL) participated once again as volunteers, as part of their IB CAS (Creativity, Activity, Service) program. The synergy between institutions such as the Accademia del Lusso and international schools such as the IIL contributes to creating an ecosystem in which creativity, education, and active citizenship mutually support each other.

The 2025 edition also renewed its support for Helpcode Switzerland, an organization committed to educational and empowerment projects for children and families.
