Croatian president Ivo Josipovic visited the pediatric hospital of Gornja Bistra where the international “Il Giardino delle Rose Blu” Foundation has been working with the assistance of a group of Italian volunteers, and where a permanent camp manned by volunteers and medical teams now exists. Senegal: Italy’s contribution to demining

Lands declared “free of mines” in the Senegalese region of Casamance were restored to the local communities thanks to a project coordinated by UNDP to which Italy made a contribution of €300,000. Funds were used for expert surveys and demining training. Read more, in Italian.
